Sports Club of Padua College of Commerce and Management Organised Annual Sports Meet on 26th November 2024 in the Padua Ground. The inauguration ceremony started at 9.00 A.M. The Chief Guest for the program was Mr. Samuel Jayaraj Muthu – Cricket Coach and Coach of K.L Rahul who explained the true meaning of sportsmanship and conveyed his good wishes to the participants. The other dignitaries on the dais were President of the program Campus Director Rev. Fr. Arun Wilson Lobo , Guest of Honour Mr. Santhosh Acharya and Mr. Ethan , Heads of the Institution Mrs. Mariette Mascarenhas – Principal of PUC, Mrs. Olivia Fernandes – Headmistress Padua High School and Mrs. Molly Dsouza – Headmistress Padua Higher Primary School. The program commenced by March Past from all the students, the sports torch was carried from the Primary Section by Mr. Naman Raj and Ms. Navanitha , from the High School Section by Shreesha Kumar and Reenal Paul, from the PUC section by Manvitha, Parvish and Ethan and from the Degree section by Harshan and Pooja. The Oath taking ceremony was led by Mr. Ullas II BCom Assistant Sports Secretary. Mr. Santhosh Acharya and Mr. Ethan were felicitated for their outstanding Achievements. The program was hosted by Ms. Seema Pereira – Department of Management, The gathering were welcomed by Mrs. Mariette and the vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs. Molly Dsouza.
