Youth Red Cross in association with Sports Club of Padua College of Commerce and Management and KMC Hospital Mangalore organised a Fit India – Health Awareness Program for the First year students on 15th October 2024 at 2.00 P.M in the college auditorium. The Dignitaries on the dais for this program were – The YRC Assistant Coordinator Mrs. Zeena Cornelio, Physical Director Mr. Hariprasad and the Resource person Dr.Jithin Surendran – MBBS, MD, DNB. The total participants for this program were. The resource person signified the reasons for stress among students and how to mitigate these risks, he also covered the topic of mental health and awareness of Drug Addiction. The program was adjourned at 3.00 P.M.
