Cultural Club of Padua College of Commerce and Management hosted Onam Celebration and Solo , group singing competition and Pookalam Competition on 21st September 2024. The inauguration program started at 9.45 A.M in the auditorium , the Chief guest for this program was Mr. Prasad Anchan – Assistant Tulu Peeta Mangalore University , anchor and Padua Alumnus , He gave explained why Onam is celebrated , told the stories of King Mahabali and how Onam is celebrated as a symbol of unity and festivity . The program was hosted by Ms. Chaithra and Mr. Keith . The guest were welcome by Cultural Club President Mr. Clide and The vote of thanks was proposed by secretary Ms. BhavyaThe Inauguration program was adjourned at 10.30 A.M. Immediately the singing competition commenced , The judges for the event were Mr. Adithya Karkera and Mrs. Loretta. Students also performed cultural program to increase the charm of the program . Pookalam Competition was held from 8.30 A.M to 9.30 A.M and the Judges for this event were Mrs. Reshma and Mrs. Anitha.
