Rain Water Harvesting

Youth Red Cross and Department of Commerce of Padua College of Commerce and Management organized a program on Rain Water Harvesting on 29th August 2024 at 10.00 A.M in the CODP building. The total number of Participants were 102. The resource person for this program was Rev. Fr. Vincent Dsouza – Director , CODP, Mangalore. The resource person enlightened regarding the water harvesting , how rain water is stored in a well and also used for the other purposes. He also explained about the segregation of Waste in the kitchen and how this waste is used as fertilizers. The students were also shown the well where this rain water harvesting process takes place. The program was adjourned at 11.00 A.M.
